Well... I knew this gain was happening. Over the last couple days my sodium intake increased and I ate out a couple times, even though I made "better" choices in the types of food they were still high calories and more than what I would normally eat. Plus, being at an all day, two day, training I didn't do so great avoiding the temptation of treats. That's okay though. Because I am allowed to do that and enjoy life as I live it. Yes, my weight went back up. Yes that blows and makes me frustrated. Yes, it is just a number and does not define who I am. Yes, I will make different choices to balance the teeter totter of eating. Yes I will make sure to drink more of my water. No I will not go to the extreme of the other side of the teeter totter and restrict in an effort to "make up for" my different choices this past week. Yes, I am writing this to remind myself of these ideas and to be conscious of my tendencies to walk the "either or" route, in order to prevent that extreme thinking. I am also making the conscious effort and choice to not catastrophize the results of my choices.
331.8 lb Lost so far: 66.9 lb.    Still to go: 107.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
