I’m Happy with this weight drop...had some belly issues this week I thought would thwart my progress. Not following any specific WOE. Cut back on Alcohol ( love a good IPA ) eliminated processed foods other than tea in a bottle or almond milk, plates are mostly veggies and a little protein....once in awhile we have a meatless day. Exercise is mainly walking with some gardening and random stuff thrown in. I will have to add some weights too for strength and to tone a bit. Every couple weeks I have a day to eat or drink something different if I want to. I’ve been down this road before and am usually successful by following the rules with no deviations. But then when something special comes along to celebrate I’m torn and it plays with my mindset. And determination. So this time is more real-life style. I have deviated here and there to join in with life’s Good Times, just without going off the rails. I’m hoping this will make maintenance more doable in the future. Maintenance always gets me
153.2 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
