OK, I let myself get of track the last few weeks. Went on vacation, and have been eating way to many treats. Need to get a good meal plan in place so I can stick to it and not be tempted by things I'm not supposed to be eating. Also need to increase the exercise, really need to get a little workout in before work. I'll try to get this in place before next week.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Good luck getting back on track again - you can do it! Sounds like you've had a lovely month off!! Thanks for your DVD suggestions - I've now joined Amazon's DVD Rental Club, so I'm looking forward to trying out lots of new fitness DVDs over the coming months!! :)
