Shopped and baked new low carb desert this weekend, drank diet soda - gained!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Sorry about that! I have the same problem with these "diet" deserts and drinks. I do best with basic lean meats and veggies. But your graph doesn't look too awful bad. Keep your chin up!
