You go to a 6 day Wedding, you eat crap all day, carbs like there is no tomorrow, alcohol flowing from everywhere, you come back to base... 1,1kgr drop. I'll take it!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
