Raw fruits and vegetables like medical Mediums 28 day cleanse ,trying for no chips or choc at all. Sometimes do, sometimes cooked potatoes. Wine and whatever on the weekends. Trying for less and less meat. Mostly metal detox smoothie for breakfast after lemon water and celery juice.
125.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
