loss less than I wanted to this week. calories good but I just dont lose if I go past 1200. *sigh*. I'm losing, I repeat I AM LOSING. So i will not be bummed.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

can you exercise?? I find the stationary bike is a great help with the calorie burn.
