Hmm, didnt sleep a lot and ate dinner after 7pm. Additionally, constipated. We will see tomorrow what is up as i will play softball today.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats the problem with low carb diets, not enough fiber. Maybe more veggies in your diet?
