繼續努力。。。
開始吃酪梨囉!酪梨在冰箱躺很久
在不開吃都會爛光光
140.9 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
