Well, I gained a little bit after I got home. I kind of went crazy with the food and alcohol. But today and yesterday I did well. Today I worked out with a new routine and it really kicked my behind. That felt good. I need to remember to stretch. Hoping to get to the gym more often. Going to try to not eat anymore until morning. Keep up the good work, everyone!
