Still doing good for the most part during the day, but crashing towards the late pm/early am hours and eating seriously unhealthy choices. 😖 I need to stop that!
181.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
