I was in bed most of the day yesterday, catching up on missed sleep.

I've dropped a bunch of water weight over the last few days. I suspect that my real weight is ~219, so I'm anticipating 'gains' on the scale as my water weight rebalances.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
