So.......I haven't had much time to post on here. But I have been weighing, so I figured while I had a sec. I would post. I bought a sheet of 250 gold stars, and my idea is to take the stars on my calander and each day where I get in my workouts and eat "well" gets a gold star. Then I should be able to look back and see if there is any relevence to the days where I just dont care about my diet.....maybe this will help me be able to reconginize those days earlier in the day rather than later and help me to quit sabatoging myself. Anyways lots of term papers to write now. So until next time...Chiao.
233.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
