not happy... although... I am PMS'ing and have been steady weighing in at 203 the last couple weeks. I know, excuses excuses.
One thing I think will make a huge difference is that I'm getting up earlier than I'm used to now. I used to sleep in until 11-12 in the afternoon even if I went to bed midnight the night before. So I was spending half my day sleeping and being lazy. I've been like that my whole life (love love love to sleep, and no, I don't have kids yet lol).
So it will be interesting to see what happens to my energy levels and calories burned because obviously, if I'm awake (even if I am sitting on my couch watching tv and doing light cleaning here and there) I'm burning more cals than if I was sleeping, right?
I heard recently that there is a correlation with obesity and the amount of sleep people get. They figure that between 6-7 hrs a night is the perfect amount for maintaining a healthy weight. Any less or more sleep is correlated to obesity. My husband read an article on it or heard it on tv somewhere. Seems interesting.
