Day 4 WL day
197.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

655 kcal Fat: 21.83g | Prot: 82.71g | Carb: 30.14g.   Breakfast: Herbal Tea, Strawberries , Hard-Boiled Egg . Lunch: Red Sweet Pepper, Tomatoes, Woolworths Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Woolworths Sliced Cooked Sandwich Ham, Woolworths Butter Lettuce, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Woolworths Naartjies, Carrots , Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Woolworths Fat Free Feta, Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Pork Fillet. Snacks/Other: Parmalat Plain Fat Free Yoghurt, Chicken Drumstick Meat (Roasted, Cooked) , Kalahari Kudu Biltong Sliced. more...
