Workouts #85 and 86 of 2018. 5 in a row this week. 7 in last 8 days. Only time not working out was Sunday, when gym is closed. Good streak before vacation. Today's workout was great, energizing, energized, about 800 more Fitbit steps than usual. I think exercise is a great way to do something productive when I'm not sure what else i want to/need to/can do for work, around home, etc... It helps me get rid of nervous energy. But then makes me have more energy later. That seems good.
