Sooo excited that I’m finally putting on some healthy weight! I still haven’t been able to get to the full 2800 calories on any day but I try to make sure I’m eating more than I’m burning. Which is more difficult when I’m busy at work so my protein shakes have become really important. So proud of myself right now!
