Yesterday I did another crazy long rollerblade trek; 30km!

Today I'm going to take it easy. I'm going to lay back and relax while at least doing some stretches or other "less exhaustive" exercises. It is a nice day out, so it's probably a good idea to at least take the g/f out for a walk! We'll see what she says after she comes down from the treadmill.

Speaking of the g/f, she also joined this site! And she really really likes it!
238.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 83.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
