So today I travel. I have a 5 Hour Dr. to my moms. I am going to bring veggie snacks for the road and maybe a handful of nuts. It’s always hard for me not to eat too much while traveling. There is a gym that I belong to there so I hope to go at least three out of the five days that I am there. I will also work really hard to drink all of my water. I will stick to my no sugar and no gluten and mostly vegetable diet. Wish me luck!
