I feel for ya, went through it last week, but managed ok this month, NOW I GOT corn fest out of the way, maybe JUST MAYBE I can hit my mark. Also along with your visitor your fats were way to high yesterday which doesnt help keep it under 75g. I know cravings take over though, they were really bad for me this time.
