📌低碳生酮267天~64.2(+1.3) ♨MC 最後一天。體重扶搖直上了 昨晚也很晚進食,整個吃開了 10點多還吃生酮點心 今天吃自助餐。。正常生酮餐 下午甜點帕馬森起士蛋糕一塊 冠軍堅果塔一顆😍😍😍 再吃幾口芭樂呵呵 晚餐有夜市。盡量克制一下
