After a week in Minnesota, concerned because I didn't eat in accordance to what I thought I should be. I lost 4 more.
437.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 187.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

802 kcal Fat: 25.50g | Prot: 65.50g | Carb: 72.21g.   Breakfast: Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime. Lunch: Flour Tortilla, Havarti Cheese, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner: Polish Deli Ham, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other: Sweet Crisps - Chocolate Mint, Water (Bottled), German Potato Salad. more...
