Amazing. yesterday just ate protein and drank water. Today I have a social gathering so let's see if I can at least maintain my loss and not gain.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats what I do as well on special occasions, focus on maintaining rather than being hyper vigilant about the diet. This has to be something that we can do forever and sometimes just have to relax and enjoy a bit. You might gain a bit of water weight if you have more carbs but that will disappear quickly.
