Doilin's Journal, 13 August 2018

It's day 1 for me. One of many day ones in the past. I've watched my roommates lose a bunch of weight already on an HMR program they are on through work. Sadly it's more than I can afford to do right now. This is the last day 1 I intend to have. With their help (and hopefully all of yours) I'll succeed this time. We have chicken and a little pork for the week. Everything else came fresh from the produce of the store or my own garden.
325.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
