I've been pretty bad over the last month, eating and drinking far too much.
I had some bad news about a friend passing and probably used it as an excuse for some of that time to 'just enjoy each day'.
That enjoyment I estimate to have cost me 10lbs.
So I'm going to be good for a week and then weigh in,
I must get back on the diet horse before I need a wooden box.
Although I still feel in my head like I'm 15 I know the body just ain't feeling the same.

242.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
