Last night was a better night. I ate a huge salad which helped with my desire to binge eat. I can eat great all day but as soon as the kids are asleep I find myself eating whatever I can get my hands on.
I was also feeling emotional so I let myself get away without exercising. Oh well,today is a new day, a chance to start fresh.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
