I have had a difficult week. I had to deal with that time of the month, being told my shift was ending at work, taking tech calls again, and fighting with my husband. I eat when I am stressed. The only one pound loss proves it.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
