Well... its looking like its going to be a fantastic day out there. I got the call yesterday to come back in to work so I will no longer be able to just spend my days researching foods and meal planning, and vitamin supplements and metaphysics :( Oh well, I guess work happens to us all. So monday off I go. I'm really scared that i'm going to fall back into my old traps and get lazy about diet and exercise. I am working out some meal plans in order to stay in control.
