there's 10kg gone. I'm happy with that.

201.9 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb. Still to go: 25.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

You doing great I have only lost 7lb but I’m wearing a top I stopped wearing just before this Diet in new year I donated loads I’d clothes to charity just kept ones that were favourites
