So going swimming every morning with my kids has been doing some great things for me! I've been losing and eating right. it's starting to show too! Now I worry that our vacation will make a bad impact on my success. Fast food on long trips is the killer. I will have to try very hard to make good choices when hitting a drive thru. I do look forward to the trips though and the sights we will see. 4 more days!
202.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
