Yesterday had chicken fried rice frozen for lunch and calorie count was very high. Will not use that frozen again.

Supper went to Five Guys - Little Burger and split sm fry. Ate way too much flet terrible.

Started walking today. Haven't walked all week due to sprained ankle. Walked 2 miles today = 3.5
Drank 60 oz water.



154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
