아침 오트밀~ 처음 먹어봤는데 승늉 맛이네요. 담백한걸 좋아해서 먹음만 하네요.
점심 닭가슴살 셀러드와 바나나!!
저녁은 미정 ㅋㅋㅋ
165.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
