It's SOOO slow, but the weight continues to go down. Only 12 more pounds to my original goal. I'll re-evaluate when I get there, but I think I really probably need to change the goal from 135 to 125 or 130. We'll see.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
