Well I seem to be going in the right direction now. I worked out three days in a row, in spite of my planter fasciitis and carpal tunnel. I’m going to try to choose exercises that don’t aggravate either one of those problems. I’ve been eating only good for you Whole Foods and good fats. I did allow myself a glass to two glasses of wine on the first night and then a glass of wine each night after. I drank too much coffee the last few days. That’s not good for many reasons, but one of them is that I always put cream and one sugar in it. I’m going to limit myself to coffee only in the morning today. OK. Can’t wait to see the scale go down to 142. Baby steps. Right?
