I gained a lot of weight over finals and stopped exercising for like 3 weeks at least. I went home for leave and ate a TON always overeating without exercising at all :(
I am back on track. I started yesterday 25 MAY 2010 with a new found sense of drive and goals. I have 6 weeks of summer school with one class to worry about and 1 major goal which is to lose weight. I also need to train for the Marine Corps marathon but it will come with weight loss.
Mom and I are doing this together! I know I can make it this time for good and I won't go out and party until I do!
