有個壞習慣我也不知道怎麼改..壓力一大起來我又開始暴飲暴食 明明一餐已經吃到快要吐了還是一直吃.. 也只能一直吃口香糖...好煩🤯體重又會上升..
103.4 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

我也是情緒性爆食,用吃釋放壓力,抗壓吃東西的很容易胖⋯

我前天也是暴飲暴食了,而且是短時間吃很多,很飽還是繼續吃,然後吃到宵夜😅😅⋯ 這樣真的很不好⋯ 只能做一些運動代替吃抗壓⋯

那種壓力的暴飲暴食, 不是單純的嘴饞,很難克制,不吃減壓的話會很暴躁 😅🤔
