Pilates for 20 minutes, WiiFit (step and running) for 10 minutes, not to mention moving around livingroom furniture (and dusting and moping in that room).
172.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
