Well put on a little bit but I’ve been on holidays on a cruise, so very hard to get in more fats and very low carbs. Battled on and didn’t have any cake or desserts which is a goal when they are all around you for 2wks. A loss of 0.5kg since I have been home.keep on battling on........ I only have 3 kgs and I’m at goal weight. So head down!!!!!!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
