So my body fat has gone up by .6 % but I have been seeing a noticeable difference in my strength and muscle definition. Bulking is a new experience for me and it’s been challenging to eat so much, but I’m doing it. The satisfaction of the weight increase in my deadlift have definitely been worth it. If anyone has any advice on bulking or things they wish they would have known when they started I’d love to hear it.
123.8 lb Lost so far: 88.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good stuff! Fat gain is inevitable but the muscle and strength gains make it worth it!
