165d 7:30 30🔽⬇️ ⋯ 雖然最近休息、都正常吃,体重都沒進步,水都喝極少,但体脂有⬇️,腰圍也有⬇️,再觀察看看吧⋯
131.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
