🙆昨天正常吃飯大概64.6
一堆麵食逆襲應該胖0.3~0.5
下午好累睡2小時
晚上有外出騎腳踏車。。
有大流汗喔!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
