I am doing rather well. Giving up all grains is really hard so I am allowing myself some rice occasionally. The l-glutamine seems to help with the cravings for carbs and sweets. Hazelnut milk is yum and will be trying coconut milk icecream soon.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
