Okay so I got in 2 work outs on wii fitness and then 15 miles on the bike and ate well but still gained .6 lb. Oh well here is to making progress today. I have a great meal planned for tonight and have 3 yards of grass to cut today. So hopefully I can start to see some progress. I hope that the gain is just due to the fact I got a new scale. Best of luck to everyone today.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The gain could possibly be from the new scale, muscle gain, some foods give make us retain water longer....I had a veggie soup from an asian restaurant and the scale said I gained 8 lbs the next morning*CRAZY* It took almost 4 days to get back to where I was before the soup. Keep moving forward.... you are have great drive to get to your goals!!!
