After weekend family celebration and eating all the wrong food etc etc I went up 500g but back in the horse 🐎 and riding hard. I am planning to gym twice this week and see how it affects the downward trend
297.2 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
