It would seem that I only lose weight every other week & its around the 7 lb mark. Maybe the meat is stopping weight lose or muscle mass is playing a part?
279.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
