Don't be so hard on yourself and you have a child and weight gain is normal what with all the work involved with a child. Just start on this diet and lose one pound per week. It is a life style change and slow and steady is where you want to be and a pound a week is easy and in less than a year you will be at your perfect weight. I have lost 42 pounds and have 41 pounds to go and it will be tough but I am shooting for a pound a week. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Patrick, yesterday I slacked pretty good, Monday I stayed under a 1000 and felt great, but I'm deffinetly working hard to say no!
