Doing very well, blood sugar 94 this morning. My goal is to be below 200 by the end of October. I feel fairly well and am not craving anything anymore. It's amazing what a difference not eating sugar, flour and junk foods can make. I am fortunate that I love veggies as that and fats are what is keeping me satisfied.
