Well I went out and got a new scale yesterday. Hopefully now I will be able to see better progress. My old scale would weigh me different each time no matter if I stood on it 10 times in a row.. This one this morning, same weight 3 times in a row!!! So I didn't get all of my exercises in yesterday, the hubby was home and quite distracting....he is home again today but I am not gonna let him distract me again. Did well with calories yesterday, gotta love shrimp!!! Have a good meal planned for dinner tonight too. So I should be good. Found the WW ice cream in single servings is not to bad for a evening snack. I have tried the Chocolate Brownie and the Mint Chocolate Chip, I really like the Chocolate Brownie, the Mint is OK. But enough for now time to get on the exercising. Good Luck to everyone today!!!
