OMG...I got on the scale at the gym tonight after my workout with the trainer and it said I weighed 186.7!! That was not expected for a nighttime weight. So...when I got home after my shower I just had to check my scale and it said 187. I decided to record this even though I normally would not record a nighttime weight. I will weigh myself in the morning tomorrow again just because I am curious now.
