昨天晚上吃半碗十穀紫米
太美味了😋很多營養 值得!
今天一早整理家裡到晚上
大爆汗希望有運動到
忙到沒時間亂吃。兩餐正餐
點心堅果一把/龍眼3顆😂
酪梨芭辣各1/4+凱薩醬
142.4 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
